Overall good workout. The mat I have is too hard for get ups right now, it’s really throwing me off. I need to get a softer mat, barbell, and pull up system. That’ll take some time, but my workouts are still productive and I keep getting stronger.

I’m much stronger on the jerks now. 5 reps on each side was easy. I don’t want to push it anymore right now until my hand fully heals. I’m looking forward to getting under the 32’s.

Short workout today. We’re still in a chaotic state getting the house together, so it was cut short. No bog deal, gives my hand more time to heal.

These were all pretty manageable. I picked up set of 32 kg. bells from a friend of mine Joey Williams RKC and I’m looking forward to getting back underneath them once my hand heals.
