This was pretty brutal, but I’m getting stronger in it. I had been doing just straight jerks, but adding the clean for each rep takes it to a whole different level. This was my first time doing sets of multiple reps jerking two 28 kg. bells. I felt fine, and it really helped make sure my legs were driving the action and that I wasn’t push pressing them.
